Halong Bay covers an area of 1,553 square km over 3000 limestone islands and islets rising from the clear, emerald waters of the gulf of Tonkin, near Chinese border. Halong Bay is one of the natural marvels of Vietnam. Due to its typical terrain of sea depression dotted with limestone islands, 300 square km, it was recognised as the world natural heritage by Unesco in 1994

And Cat Ba Island, former name is The Pearl Isalnd is the largest one in Halong Bay vicinity, with 1,354 square km of the area.

Fansipan peak (3,143m) is in the root of S-Asia. Treking through rain forest, follow animal trails and rock climb. Could be 4 or 5 days.
